Jet Black Outliner has a tiny, blue tint to it after the tattoo has been healed but is very dark and consistent.
Lining with this color is smooth and simple to get into the skin without the ink splattering all over the place.
If you are looking for a thin lining ink with dark lines, then this is the one for you.

Along with all the above, you will also see that our Jet Black Outliner heals super quick, natural, and clean making it an all around nice black to use.
This color will go over cover-ups with ease making it almost like the old one was not even there.
You can add more water to this black and make it more of a graywash for lighter areas.
