Apply for a Wholesale Body Jewellery Trade Account
If you’re a professional piercer, tattoo artist, studio, retailer or other registered business, you can apply for a Wholesale Body Jewellery Trade Account here.
A Trade Account gives approved customers access to our wholesale range, trade pricing and online ordering tools, making it easier to buy body jewellery, piercing supplies, tattoo supplies and other studio essentials.
How to apply
Applying for a Trade Account is simple:
- Complete our New Account application form with your business and contact details. You can find the form here.
- Provide any supporting information or documents requested. This helps us verify that your business operates within the professional industry we supply.
- Agree to our Terms & Conditions as part of the application process.
- Wait for approval. Our team will review your application and may contact you if we need any further information.
- Start ordering once your account has been approved.
You must be 18 or over to purchase from Wholesale Body Jewellery. New customers cannot place an order until their Trade Account application has been approved. Proof of local authority registration may also be requested for initial orders of tattoo and piercing equipment.

Using your Trade Account
Once your account has been approved, simply sign in to view your available trade pricing and shop our wholesale range.
Your Trade Account allows you to:
- Browse our professional body jewellery and studio supply ranges
- View prices available to approved trade customers
- Add products to your basket and place orders online
- Manage your orders through your account
- Use Trade Account tools to make repeat and bulk ordering easier
- Access your account information and order history
Our Trade Account tools are designed to make regular business purchasing quicker and easier, particularly when you need to reorder frequently or purchase multiple products at once.
Placing an order
To place an order, sign in to your Trade Account, add the products you need to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Before placing your order, you’ll have the opportunity to review and correct your order details. You can then select your delivery method, confirm your order and agree to the Terms & Conditions before proceeding to payment.
An order acknowledgement will be sent initially. Your order becomes a binding contract once we have confirmed that we can fulfil it and send your order dispatch confirmation.
Trade pricing
Trade prices are available once you have logged in to your approved Trade Account. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before your order is completed.
Using your account securely
Your Trade Account login is intended for your use. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for actions taken using your account. Login details should not be shared with other people.
