What’s new on the Wholesale Body Jewellery website?

Our new site includes faster checkout, a bulk ordering tool, saved shopping lists, and improved mobile and tablet browsing.

Will my existing trade account still work on the new site?

Yes, your trade account will still work. You’ll just log in using the new secure code system instead of a password.

Do I need to reset my password for the new site?

No password required. Just enter your email and we’ll send you a 6-digit secure login code.

How do I log in for the first time on the new platform?

Use the invitation we send, or log in with your email. You’ll receive a secure code straight to your inbox.

Will my order history from the old site be available?

Yes, your last 6 months of orders will be visible. For older records, please contact our customer care team.

Has the checkout process changed?

Yes, it’s now simpler and cleaner. You can also save baskets as lists for later.

Can I still place bulk orders the same way?

Yes, and we’ve added a new bulk ordering table for faster filtering. You can also select anodising on eligible products.

Are there any new payment options?

Payment options remain the same, though we continue to review new providers to make checkout easier.

Has the shipping cost or free-shipping threshold changed?

No, shipping costs and thresholds remain the same (subject to market rates).

Is the site still mobile/tablet friendly?

Yes, the new site has been tested thoroughly to work seamlessly on mobile and tablets.

Trade Account & Eligibility

Who can buy from Wholesale Body Jewellery?

Any registered business can apply for a Trade Account to see jewellery prices and order. Apply here.

How do I apply for a trade account?

Apply via our online form here. Upload the required documents and we’ll review. We’ll contact you if anything else is needed.

What proof of business do I need to supply?

Provide proof such as a health authority certificate, social media pages, or relevant training certificates.

Can I register if I am outside the UK?

Yes, overseas businesses can apply. Just follow the instructions on the New Account form.

How long does account approval take?

Approvals usually take 3–5 working days. We’ll contact you if we need more information.

Can I view prices without an account?

Jewellery prices require a Trade Account. Tattoo and medical supplies can be purchased without one.

Can I open a personal/non-trade account?

Yes, personal accounts are available but jewellery products are only visible to approved Trade Account holders.

Ordering & Bulk Purchasing

How do I place an order online?

Browse products, add to basket, then checkout. For bulk, use the Quick Order tool or Saved Lists.

What’s the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?

Order by 3 pm Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). We aim for same-day dispatch on 99% of orders.

Can I place orders over the phone or by email?

Online is fastest, but you can also place orders by phone on 01202 573 333 or email sales@wbj.team.

How do I use the bulk ordering tool?

Use the Quick Order table: search by SKU or name, set quantities, and add to basket.

Can I add anodising to my order?

Yes, eligible jewellery products will show an anodising option before you add them to your basket.

How do I reorder previous items quickly?

Use your Order History to reorder in one click, or save frequent items into a list.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order value – order as much or as little as you like.

Shipping & Delivery

What’s your UK free-shipping threshold?

Free UK shipping applies on orders over £100 (before VAT).

Which couriers do you use?

We use DPD, Royal Mail, and UPS for deliveries.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, next-day delivery is available to mainland UK for orders placed before 3 pm, Monday–Friday (exclusions apply).

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes, Saturday delivery is available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options will appear at checkout.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order has been shipped.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us on 01202 573 333 or sales@wbj.team and we’ll help resolve it.

How do I return an item?

Submit a request via our returns portal. Our team will review it and respond quickly.

Do I need a returns form?

Yes, a returns form must be completed and returned with your items.

Can I return anodised items?

No, anodised jewellery cannot be returned.

Can I return worn jewellery?

For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery cannot be returned.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds usually take 5–7 working days once processed.

What materials do you stock?

We stock acrylic, brass, copper & bronze, glass, horn & bone, niobium, plastic, silicone, 925 silver, silver brass, solid gold, steel, stone and titanium.

Do your titanium products meet ASTM F136 standards?

Yes, our titanium products meet ASTM F136 standards and are tested regularly at the Sheffield Assay Office.

Are mill certificates available for all titanium products?

Yes, mill certificates are available for our titanium material.

Are gold items hallmarked?

Yes, all solid gold items over 1 gram carry a UK hallmark.

Are your products nickel-free?

Yes, our titanium and solid gold products are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Do you sell sterile jewellery?

Yes, we sell a wide variety of sterilised titanium jewellery such as labrets, stems, barbells, surface bars, navels, rings, microbars, dermal anchors and nose studs.

Do you supply tattoo inks that meet EU REACH regulations?

Yes, we stock tattoo inks that comply with EU REACH regulations.

Do you offer custom anodising?
